These affiliations ensure that our clients receives the professional services  that conform to best industry practices and standards.

AICPA Quality Program Participation

Maher Duessel holds membership in the AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center and in the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center. Membership in these quality centers requires Maher Duessel to commit to higher standards than non-members, and provides the firm with additional resources to facilitate the audit process.

Governmental audits are very diverse and include all audits and attestation engagements performed under Government Auditing Standards of federal, state, or local governments; not-for-profit organizations; and certain for-profit organizations.

This voluntary membership Center helps CPAs meet the challenges of performing quality audits in this unique and complex area. The Center’s primary purpose is to promote the importance of quality governmental audits and the value of such audits to purchasers of governmental audit services.
