Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will manage the process of preparing and producing written proposals including:
- Writing, editing and formatting relevant content that is tailored to the client
- Ensuring compliance with the specifications of the RFP
- Printing, binding and submitting proposal according to RFP requirements
- Tracking status of proposals and following up with clients when needed
Job responsibilities will also include:
- Maintaining firm website content and design
- Managing contact database and communication with clients
- Designing and producing collateral items (i.e. brochures, promotional items, business cards, etc.)
- Planning and coordinating client events and seminars
- Business development
- Point of contact for media relations
- Participating in local networking opportunities
- Additional projects as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years related experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Power Point)
- Solid organizational and time management skills
