The IRS has issued a draft of the Redesigned Form 990 for Tax Year 2008. December 31, 2008 and June 30, 2009 year ends will use this new form. The web-site is www.irs.gov/charities/article/0,,id=176637,00.html

The first Forms 990-N (e-Postcards) are due in 2008 for tax years ending on or after December 31, 2007. Tax-exempt organizations whose gross receipts are normally $25,000 or less may be required to file this form. http://epostcard.form990.org
