Since our founding in 1989, Maher Duessel has been committed to creating a unique culture for our employees, one that offers opportunities for all professionals to succeed. We want to do more though. Through our participation in the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Diversity and Inclusion Program, our goal is to expand the demographics of our firm to a broader spectrum to ensure that no barriers for qualified personnel exist in employee recruiting and retention.
