Maher Duessel is pleased to announce a new leadership structure effective June 1, 2025. This framework not only meets our firm's current needs but also establishes a strong foundation for continued growth and success in strengthening the level of service to our clients. This collaborative leadership structure embodies the firm’s core values, most notably team-oriented philosophy and open-door policy. The following officers will guide day-to-day leadership:

Jeffrey W. Kent, CPA will serve as CEO. Jeff will focus on strategic direction, ensuring alignment across leadership and functional areas to advance our mission and uphold the firm’s core values. Jeff is a graduate of Grove City College and has been with Maher Duessel since 2002.

Brian T. McCall, CPA, CGFM will serve as President/COO. Brian will focus on internal operations, ensuring our teams have the tools, systems, and support needed to deliver exceptional service. Brian is a graduate of Grove City College and has been with Maher Duessel since 2002.

Amy C. Lewis, CPA will serve as CQO, Chief Quality Officer. Amy will focus on quality assurance and staff development, while also directing firm-wide marketing and communications. Amy is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has been with Maher Duessel since 2001.
