Our firm serves as a model for other CPA firms with respect to women in leadership roles. Our president, 6 of our 11 partners/principals and approximately 70% of our management group are women. Nearly 70% of our professionals are women. We are proud to have created an environment, in which all of our professionals, have the opportunity to advance to management level (and above) positions.
Through our participation in the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Diversity and Inclusion Program, our goal is to expand the demographics of our firm to a broader spectrum to ensure that no barriers for qualified personnel exist in employee recruiting and retention. We know doing so will allow our firm to be the best possible organization in service to our clients and the profession.
