Lisa began her public accounting career in 1987 and joined Maher Duessel in 2009. Her clients include non-profit and governmental organizations throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of Maryland. Lisa serves as Partner on audit engagements with local governments and non-profits including state entities, human service agencies, associations, and community colleges, and she has extensive knowledge in Single Audit compliance. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Information Technology Professional and has received the AICPA’s SOC for Cybersecurity certificate. Lisa directs the firm’s IT Audit Practice Unit. The IT Audit Practice Unit keeps our firm up to date on significant changes in Information Technology impacting our clients and audits. She also previously served as Director of Quality Control for the firm.
